Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing Start Date: 27th July Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday Shift Pattern Weeks 1 & 2: 08:00am - 4:30pm (Day Shift) Weeks 3 & 4: 4:30pm - 1:00am (Evening Shift) Day Shift: £12.81 - £13.10 per hour (Weekly Pay) Evening Shift: Enhanced Shift Allowance Overtime: Available at Premium Rates Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery and follow manufacturing procedures to produce finished goods. Complete batch documentation accurately and in line with GMP standards. Ensure logbooks and batch reconciliation records are completed correctly and on time. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and report any deviations to management. Maintain high standards of product quality and compliance. Wear and maintain PPE and protective equipment as required. Report accidents, hazards, or unsafe working conditions promptly. Work under supervision and escalate major issues to the Team Leader. Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 6 month's experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. Commitment to health & safety procedures Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn. What's in It for You?
