Practice Highlights
- Patient list size of approximately 7,260
- Multidisciplinary services on site, including dental care, podiatry, physiotherapy
- Care & Treatment Centre (with MIU services)
- Teaching practice for GP trainees, medical and nursing students
- Highly skilled and supportive nursing team, delivering minor illness and chronic disease management
- Experienced and efficient administration team
- Close collaboration with community nursing, health visiting, and midwifery teams
- Regular MDT meetings, cluster engagement and weekly practice meetings
- Enhanced support from:
- On‑site pharmacist (medication reviews), Social Prescriber, Physiotherapy (FCP)
- Additional clinical support:
- Urgent Care Nurses (ANPs) funded by the Health Board
- Advanced Paramedic Practitioner employed by the practice
- Clinical systems: Vision and Docman

Main duties of the job
Primary care clinician duties, including (but not limited to) face‑to‑face and telephone consultations, queries. Home visits, duty doctor/on‑call responsibilities, clinical admin, prescribing, and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.
