Consultant Rheumatologist (Reference: 253853) – Closing Date: 12/08/2026

We are looking for a Consultant Rheumatologist for a permanent, full‑time (40 hours per week) post based in Western General Hospital.

Qualifications

• Full GMC Registration, license to practise and eligibility for inclusion in the GMC Specialist Register.
• UK‑trained doctors should have evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT or be within 6 months of confirmed entry from the date of interview.
• Portfolio Pathway (formerly CESR) doctors are eligible to apply for a substantive consultant post only once it has been awarded.
• Non‑UK applicants must demonstrate equivalent training.
