Senior Care Assistant urgently required to join a welcoming 13-bed care home in Magherafelt, delivering high-quality nursing and dementia care. This position involves a mixture of day shifts and sleepover shifts, with flexibility required to work on a rota basis between Monday and Sunday. Medication refresher training will be provided prior to your start date, if required. Pay Rates: ? £15.50 £20.00 per hour, depending on the shift worked ? £75.00 per sleepover shift Your Role: ? Administer medication during medication rounds ? Supervise and support Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care ? Provide person-centred personal care and support to residents ? Update, implement, and monitor individual care plans ? Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing ?
