Education Programme Manager
Contract: Fixed-term contract until April 2027
Work Pattern: Full Time, 35 hours per week (1.0 FTE) (The employer is open to flexible hours and working patterns, including accommodating part-time and compressed hours where possible).
Salary: £44,167 per annum
Location: London Fields, E8. The employer promotes a hybrid, flexible way of working with 1 day working in the office.

The Vacancy

The charity is currently recruiting an Education Programme Manager to join them on a fixed-term contract until April 2027, with the possibility of a contract extension depending on funding. They are also open to secondments for this role.

This role will manage the delivery of programmes within the Education, Early years and Equalities team at the organisation, fulfilling funded programmes relevant to disabled children and young people and those with special educational needs, and supporting their role within the Council for Disabled Children.

The role will contribute to the work of the Education, Early Years and Equalities team through delivery of programme activities, support to relevant professional networks and development of training and policy. Specifically, the role holder will manage the delivery of the EYSEND programme and elements of the charity's SEND Systems Transformation projects.
