Trainee Recruitment Resourcer
Mando Solutions is a specialist recruitment partner supplying skilled plant operators and site personnel to major construction, quarrying and infrastructure projects across the UK.
Our clients include Tier-1 contractors delivering major civil engineering and infrastructure schemes, and we pride ourselves on supplying reliable, compliant and highly skilled operators to sites nationwide.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to join our temporary recruitment team.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and able to work with initiative in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
This role sits at the heart of our operation, helping us identify and coordinate skilled operators for projects across the UK.
The Trainee Recruitment Resourcer RoleWorking closely with our recruitment consultants, you will play a key role in sourcing and coordinating plant operators and site personnel for temporary assignments.
You will be speaking with operators daily, maintaining candidate records and ensuring we have the right people available to deploy to site when our clients need them.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence working with systems and processes.
Trainee Recruitment Resourcer Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing candidates through job boards, databases, referrals and social media
Speaking with operators to assess experience, qualifications and availability
Preparing operator profile forms and candidate summaries for client submission
Maintaining accurate candidate records within the CRM system
Checking qualifications and ensuring compliance (CPCS, NPORS, MPQC etc.)
Managing operator availability and coordinating bookings for temporary assignments
Posting and managing job adverts across recruitment platforms
Supporting consultants with urgent and short-notice client requirements

You should enjoy speaking with people and be comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using systems and working with a CRM database
Able to work independently and manage tasks proactively
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong team ethic
Experience within recruitment, construction, plant hire, logistics or industrial sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.

Maintain accurate and well-organised candidate records within the CRM
Prepare clear and professional operator profile forms for client submissions
Ensure candidates are compliant and ready to deploy to site
