Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

Job description

Our client are a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor based in London.

Due to expanding team and work load, require a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager

You must have:-

• 7 years' experience within the construction industry as a quantity surveyor
• BSC, MSc or HND qualification (or equivalent)
• The Senior Surveyor has experienced dealing with the client and contractors on a frequent basis
• Has been the main point of contact on regular projects
• Experience with JCT & NEC Contracts

Salary £100k-120k+package dependent on experience

Or £600 - 700p/d inside IR35

They are also in the market for Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyors.

You must live in the UK as this is an immediate opportunity

To be considered, you must already be working within M&E Building Services Contracting!!!
