Position Title: Support Worker

Location: Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire

Hourly Rate: Day shifts £13.20 per hour. Sleep-in shifts £12.21 per hour.

Hours Per Week: 10 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROLE

I am a young man diagnosed with autism and learning disabilities. I live in my own accommodation in Stourport on Severn with continued support from team.

I am looking for caring individuals to join my current team, supporting me with my care needs throughout the day and night.

You will be required to assist me with all aspects of my life such as personal care, eating and drinking, medication administration while also being able to go out in the community and engage in a variety of fun activities.

ABOUT YOU

You will be joining my established team, you need to be positive, enthusiastic, caring and patient, and have experience in supportingindividuals with a learning disability. You will be a strong communicator, trustworthy, respectful, a team player, and possess a genuine commitment to the role. We must get on well, as companionship is a key element to this role.

Experience working with someone with complex needs and supporting them in their own home is desired but not essential, as comprehensive training will be given.

Flexibility of working hours is important to meet my needs, and will include covering weekends, bank holidays, staff holidays and sickness as
