Production Operative - Corby

Shift patterns:
* 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00
* Any 4 days out of 7
* Overtime available during peak periods

Pay rates:
* 12.71 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
* Own transport due to the client's location

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
* Basic English level
* Experience in food manufacturing is desired but not essential
* Good communication skills
* Proactive attitude

Role for Production Operative:
* Operate efficiently to meet daily production targets with 100% order accuracy
* Produce, label, pack, and palletise products correctly to specification
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times
* Maintain clean work areas and personal hygiene
* Support management and colleagues while working flexibly across departments
