Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Specialist Cleaning Technician to begin work for a well-established specialist cleaning company working on commercial projects across the UK.

About the role:

Working Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday (with some night shift whilst working away).

Pay Rate £13.70 £15.00 per hour

Brief Role Description We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Specialist Cleaning Technician to join a nationwide services team delivering specialist cleaning projects across the UK. This varied role includes floor restoration, builders cleans, deep cleans, high-level cleaning and external cleaning works within commercial, hospitality and leisure environments.

Duties will include:

• Specialist floor stripping, sealing, polishing and restoration
• Deep cleaning, sparkle cleans and builders cleans
• Supporting refurbishment projects and new site openings
• High-level cleaning using SkyVac systems and access equipment
• Pressure washing and external building cleaning
• Operating specialist cleaning machinery and equipment
• Working as part of a professional team on projects nationwide
• Maintaining high health and safety standards at all times

This role involves regular travel and staying away from home, with all accommodation and expenses fully paid by the company.

About You:

• High work ethic & team player
• Punctual & reliable
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Previous commercial, industrial or specialist cleaning experience preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
• Willing to travel nationwide and stay away when required
• Experience with floor restoration, builders cleans, high-level cleaning or pressure washing is advantageous
• IPAF, PASMA or similar qualifications are beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
