The Role

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our team in Rochdale. You will support individuals with complex health needs, helping them to live safely and comfortably while promoting independence and dignity.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in delivering tailored care packages and building meaningful relationships with the people you support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality personal care and support

  • Assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily living tasks

  • Supporting individuals with complex clinical needs (training provided)

  • Administering medication (where required and trained)

  • Monitoring and recording patient wellbeing

  • Building positive relationships with service users and their families

  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals

What Were Looking For
  • Previous experience in care is desirable

  • A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn and undertake training

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Driving Licence
