Shift patterns:
* 06:00-18:00 / 07:00-19:00, any 4 days out of 7
* Overtime available during peak periods

Pay rates:
* £12.71 hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative:
* Own transport is required due to the site location

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
* Basic English level
* Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not essential
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Role for Production Operative:
* Operate production machinery efficiently to meet daily targets
* Ensure 100% order accuracy while following strict food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures
* Produce, label, pack, and palletise products according to specifications
* Maintain clean work areas and adhere to site security protocols
* Support management and colleagues while working flexibly across departments
