As a fast-growing agency, we believe in giving talented people genuine ownership from day one. If you're ambitious, proactive, and looking to build something meaningful within a rapidly expanding business, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and grow the creator partnership side of our business.

This is a newly created role with genuine responsibility from the outset. You'll build and manage a network of content creators across our client portfolio, helping them produce engaging content that delivers measurable commercial results.

You'll be responsible for recruiting creators, onboarding them, developing their content and selling capabilities, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring they remain engaged across multiple campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years' experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social media who is ready to take ownership of a key function within a growing agency.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Recruitment & Growth

  • Identify high-potential creators who align with client brands.
  • Continuously expand the creator and affiliate network across multiple client accounts.

Creator Training & Development

  • Coach creators on social commerce best practices and content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Support creators with content strategy, compelling hooks, product positioning, and live selling techniques.
  • Help creators improve performance through ongoing guidance and constructive feedback.

Community Management

  • Manage our creator community across internal communication platforms.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators through regular engagement.
  • Develop loyalty amongst high-performing creators and encourage continued collaboration.

Campaign Engagement

  • Plan and deliver monthly creator competitions, incentives, and engagement initiatives.
  • Encourage creators to publish consistently and maximise campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with account managers to support client objectives and campaign delivery.

Product & Compliance Management

  • Coordinate product sample requests and distribution.
  • Ensure products are allocated to creators best suited for each campaign.
  • Monitor creator content to ensure compliance with platform policies and client brand guidelines.

Performance Reporting

  • Track creator activity and campaign performance.
  • Produce regular reports for internal stakeholders and account teams.
  • Maintain accurate creator databases and reporting systems.

About You

You'll have between 1 and 3 years' relevant experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator management, social media, or a similar field.

You'll also demonstrate:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, creator culture, and what drives successful content.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Confidence carrying out outreach and developing partnerships at scale.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • A data-driven mindset with confidence interpreting campaign performance metrics.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine sense of ownership.

Desirable Experience

Experience with the following would be advantageous:

  • Social commerce and affiliate marketing platforms
  • Recruiting or managing creators at scale
  • Creator relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Campaign reporting and analytics platforms

  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Annual leave plus public holidays
  • Workplace pension
  • Full ownership of a newly created role with genuine opportunities for progression
