Support WorkerPay - £123.71 per hourShift Pattern Day & Night, 12 HoursWe are currently recruiting agency Support Workers to work across a range of complex care settings across the region.Within this role, you will deliver exceptional care through comprehensive services centred on the unique needs of each individual. You will create a supportive, nurturing environment that enhances quality of life, helping people live independently while providing the appropriate level of residential care and support.About the Role- Enabling individuals to access a full range of activities- Contributing to and following person-centred care plans- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks- Completing key daily documentation accurately- Administering and recording medication safely- Supporting individuals with domestic tasks- Providing a range of support tailored to service users needs- Building and maintaining positive relationships with service users and their families- Encouraging independent living skills where possibleRequirements- Previous experience working with vulnerable adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health conditions- Strong communication skills- Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when working aloneApply belowTPBN1_UKTJ
