The Role - As a Primary Learning Support Assistant , you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Help children access learning through tailored scaffolding and adapted resources
Support emotional regulation, confidence and positive engagement
Work closely with class teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values
