The Job:
As the EHS Manager, you will lead Environmental, Health & Safety activities at our Spennymoor facility, supporting a workforce of approximately 120 employees. In this role, you will provide expert guidance, leadership, and compliance oversight to ensure the site maintains the highest standards of EHS performance.
You will play a key role in fostering a strong zero-harm culture, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with all relevant Environmental, Health & Safety legislation, regulations, and best-practice procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to influence site-wide standards, promote a proactive safety culture, and help deliver operational excellence.

- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, legal frameworks and best practice
- NEBOSH National General Certificate
- Demonstrable experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
- Continuous Improvement experience (Yellow Belt, Six Sigma etc.).
- Strong IT skills using various platforms including Microsoft Office.
