Hourly Rate: £12.71 - £17.02(weekday day shifts is £13.09, weekend day shifts are paid at £17.02 per hour and sleep night hours will be paid at £12.71)

ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a young lady diagnosed with epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and learning disabilities. I live with my family in Banbury and am supported by my dedicated team.
I am looking for caring and reliable people to join my support team. You will help me with all aspects of my daily life, including personal care, preparing and supporting me with nutritional needs and administering medication. You'll also support me to access the community and enjoy a range of activities, from days out to holidays, including my annual trip to Disney World.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is positive, enthusiastic, caring, and patient, with experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities. You will be a confident communicator who is trustworthy, respectful, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team. Most importantly, you will have a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support.
As companionship is an important part of this role, it's essential that we get on well and enjoy spending time together.
Experience supporting someone with complex needs in their own home would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Flexibility is essential, as working hours will include weekends, bank holidays, and covering annual leave and sickness when required to ensure consistent support.
Suitable candidates will also need to hold a clean driving license and be able to drive my Motability car.
HOURS/DAYS AVAILABLE:
The hours available:
Sunday - 8am- 8pm
Monday - 8am- 8pm
Tuesday - 8am- 8pm
Wednesday - 8am- 8pm
Thursday - 8am- 8pm
Night shifts are also available.
