Architecture Social is looking for a Senior Healthcare Architect

Job description

Are you an ARB-registered Senior Architect who enjoys taking complex healthcare schemes through technical delivery? You want to work on a large-scale project where your Revit and Rhino skills are genuinely used, not just listed.

About the Practice

This large London studio is recognised for delivering high-quality commercial, residential and healthcare architecture at scale. The culture balances design rigour with technical excellence, with strong collaboration between concept and delivery teams. You will join a well-resourced team with clear leadership and structured project stages.

The Role

You will join an established team working on a large technical healthcare scheme, contributing from RIBA Stage 4 and 5. The role sits within the technical delivery phase, with exposure to coordination, detailing and on-site queries as the project progresses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate detailed design packages at RIBA Stage 4 and 5
  • Produce and manage Revit models and associated documentation
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal teams across disciplines
  • Guide junior and project architects throughout the duration of the project
  • Resolve technical design challenges and support project delivery on site
  • Contribute to design coordination meetings and drawing reviews

Requirements

  • You are an ARB-registered Architect with Senior UK project experience
  • You have strong proficiency in Revit
  • You have solid experience delivering projects from Stage 4 and 5
  • You understand UK healthcare building regulations and construction standards
  • You are confident working within a team on large, complex developments

What Is On Offer

  • Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home) with a NW London location
  • Beautiful, award winning studio
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • In-house mentoring programme
  • Regular social events and holiday parties
  • Involvement in a major commercial project from technical stages through delivery
  • Structured CPD and career progression within a well-established team
  • Collaborative studio culture with strong technical leadership

If you are ready to take lead in technical delivery on significant healthcare schemes, this is a strong next step.
