Clinical Lead – Elderly Care Nursing Service

Location: Chertsey, Surrey

Salary: £52,000 per annum

Qualification: RGN Required (Active NMC Pin Essential)

The service provides nursing, dementia and residential care, and is looking for a strong clinical leader who can work closely with the wider management team to maintain high standards of care, support regulatory compliance and continue developing the servi

This role would suit an experienced Clinical Lead, Clinical Deputy Manager, Nurse Manager or Senior Nurse who is looking for the opportunity to make a genuine impact, lead clinical improvements and support teams to deliver outstanding resident outco

  • will:Provide strong clinical leadership and oversight across the ser

  • ents.Take responsibility for clinical governance, audits and compliance proce

  • dded.Monitor clinical standards, care planning and documenta

  • ment.Build strong relationships with residents, relatives, colleagues and external professio

nals.Candidate Require

mentsTo be considered for this role, you must

  • have:RGN qualification with an active NMC
  • Pin.Previous experience working within an elderly care nursing environ
  • ment.Experience working as a Clinical Lead, Clinical Deputy Manager, Nurse Manager, Senior Nurse or similar senior clinical
  • role.Strong understanding of clinical governance, audits and quality assur
  • ance.Experience supporting regulatory compliance and CQC requirem
  • ents.Confidence managing medication governance and clinical stand
  • ards.Experience leading, coaching and developing nursing t
  • eams.Excellent communication, leadership and organisational sk
  • ills.A proactive, approachable and hands-on leadership s
