Our client is seeking a passionate and reliable Commis Chef to join their busy catering team within a dynamic school environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, helping to deliver high-quality food and excellent service to students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation and cooking of fresh, seasonal ingredients

\n

• Supporting the service of both hot and cold meals

\n

• Catering for a range of dietary requirements and food allergies

\n

• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas

\n

• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

\n

• Supporting the wider catering team with general kitchen duties as required

\n\n

MUST HAVEs:

• previous catering/cooking experience in a similar environment

\n

• be aware of allergens & dietary requirements

\n

• be flexible with duties & tasks

\n\n
