SEMH Teaching Assistant Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning?A specialist secondary SEN/SEMH school in Surrey is looking to appoint a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join its experienced and supportive team this September.This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD and associated learning difficulties , helping them to engage with education, build confidence and achieve their individual goals.As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:? Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups? Work closely with teachers to deliver personalised learning? Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation? Encourage independence, resilience and self-confidence?
