Production Operative Bridgwater (TA6) Temporary Assignment
£15.04£16.54ph | 4 on 4 off | Own Transport Essential

We're looking for a driven Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in the Bridgwater area (TA6) on a temporary assignment with ongoing work.

• IMMEDIATE STARTS
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern:2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 days off
• 12-hour shifts:Day: 06:0018:00 | Night: 18:0006:00
• Day rate: £15.04ph (Basic + weekend allowance)
• Night rate: £16.54ph (Basic + Night shift & weekend allowance)
• Temporary role with ongoing work
• Benefits: 22 days holiday, pension and employee benefits platform

Join a busy production team of 500+, working across 27 beverage filling lines making everything from smoothies to leading supermarket juices.

As a Production Operativeyou will use your hands-on experience with operating machinery to support changeovers, conduct basic maintenance & fault finding whilst liaising with the engineering team to resolve more complex faults. Completing all required documentation to maintain full audit readiness whilst working collaboratively as part of a production team to achieve key factory performance.

Production Operative:what you need

• Own car & full licence essential (Shift starts before public transport starts running)
• Production/manufacturing experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment
• OK with working both Days & Nights
• Comfortable with having to wear full PPE including hair nets and earplugs
• Confident with IT systems for recording production data
• Adhering to the SMOKEFREE site rules and not smoking or vaping whilst at work
