About your role

The purpose of this position is to deliver a high-quality, consistent and efficient employee experience by providing hands‑on HR support, partnership, and expertise to employees and people managers

What You'll Do

  • Provide HR support and expertise to employees and people managers regarding HR programs, policies, and related matters.
  • Offer career guidance and coaching to individuals and people managers to support their development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and support for people managers within the assigned location.
  • Lead employee relations (ER) cases for standard issues and provide support for complex cases as needed.
  • Advise on performance management issues and lead investigations when required.
  • Support HR leaders in planning and rolling out HR programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with general People services processes such as supporting interviews and managing involuntary separations.
  • Act as liaison between the Global/Regional People Excellence team and local employees and managers.

What You need to be successful

  • Solid understanding of broad HR functional areas, compliance, and local business processes
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and familiarity with local employment laws
  • Excellent partnering, coaching, and advisory skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, self‑starter attitude, and ability to work autonomously

Experience in a customer‑facing HR role within manufacturing or beverage industry

Previous exposure to global/regional HR program roll‑outs

Additional HR certifications or advanced training
