Part Time Support Worker - £13.15ph
Location: Clacton on Sea
Hours: 20 hours per week between Monday - Sunday (every other weekend)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Clacton on Sea.
This role involves assisting a gentleman to access the community in a variety of activities such as swimming, cycling, attending countryside shows, trampolining and playing table tennis, as well as building confidence around daily lifeskills and supporting with personal care.
Key Requirements
Calm, patient and understanding approach
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
Experience in supporting adults with Autism - essential
Full UK driving licence with the willingness to obtain buisness insurance is essential
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and reside within the Essex borough.
