Complex Healthcare Assistant in East Malling! Superior Healthcare is recruiting Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a young client with complex care needs in her family home. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centered care to a client who thrives on engagement, routine, and meaningful interaction . She lives in East Malling with her family (parents and older siblings) Shift Pattern- nights Tuesday 19.00pm-06.00am Wednesday 19.00pm-06.00am Key Responsibilities Providing high-quality, person-centered care
Encouraging and participating in activities such as arts, crafts, and reading
Promoting independence, choice, and emotional wellbeing
Responding to communication cues and building rapport
Experience and awareness of suctioning and tracheostomy would be preferable.
