Job title: Slitting Operator

Description: Our Shepshed, East Midlands site is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Slitting Operator to run one of our slitter/rewinder lines — keeping quality tight and output moving as we scale.

Responsibilities:

•          Operating the slitter/rewinder and label application process

•          QC-checking your own work as you go

•          Running basic maintenance on your machines

What you’ll need:

•          Mechanical aptitude and hands-on production experience

•          High personal quality standards and attention to detail

•          A can-do attitude, comfortable working under pressure and self-managing
