Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Digital Account Manager to join an established, results driven marketing agency based in Greater Manchester.

You’ll join a collaborative team delivering data led digital campaigns for a varied client portfolio, with plenty of opportunity to influence strategy, introduce new ideas and take genuine ownership of client performance.

THE DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE


As Digital Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, combining hands on paid media campaign management with strong client relationships and strategic thinking.

You’ll manage the full campaign lifecycle, understanding client briefs, shaping digital strategy, activating campaigns, monitoring budgets and performance, and turning campaign data into clear recommendations.


Day to day, you’ll:


  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and additional paid media platforms
  • Act as the main digital contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Translate commercial objectives into effective, data-led digital strategies
  • Manage budgets, pacing, KPIs and campaign optimisation
  • Analyse performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Lead client reporting and performance meetings
  • Identify opportunities for testing, growth and improved results
  • Collaborate with digital, content, social and wider media specialists
  • Support pitches, proposals and new-business activity
  • Keep ahead of platform developments and emerging technology



DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS


  • 3+ years’ experience within paid media or digital marketing, ideally agency side
  • Strong hands on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience delivering B2C and/or B2B lead-generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign performance
  • Experience managing budgets and optimising against KPIs
  • Excellent client facing, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines
  • Proactive approach with a genuine interest in digital marketing and emerging technology


Experience across LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads or Snapchat would be beneficial, alongside exposure to Education campaigns, CRM/email marketing platforms or new-business pitches.
