Production Operative - Redruth

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Redruth. This role supports day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.

Shift patterns:
* Monday to Friday, 05:30 to 14:30.

Pay rates:
* 12.94 GBP hourly.

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
* Own transport is required due to the site location.
* No formal qualifications are needed.
* Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
* Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
* Team player with good communication skills.

Role for Production Operative:
* Process and pack products according to customer orders.
* Perform mixing, blending, packing, and labelling of fresh meat products, including pork.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety and food safety.
* Follow site procedures to ensure smooth operational performance.
