Complex Healthcare Assistant

At Superior Healthcare, we support children, young people, and adults with complex health needs to live safely and happily at home. We're now looking for a Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a 18 year-old young man living in his family home in Polegate. If you're passionate about meaningful, one-to-one care and want a role where you can genuinely change lives, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role You'll provide one-to-one support, helping this young person live well at home while ensuring his clinical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Seizure management
• Manual handling
• Administering medication

This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working with young adults who have complex needs. Shifts Available

• Morning shifts: 06:00 - 08:30
• Afternoon shifts: 16:00 - 22:00
• Weekends: 08:00 - 20:00
• Monday - Friday during Half Term: 06:00 - 22:00

What You'll Need

• Previous care experience involving personal care
• A caring, reliable, and compassionate approach
• UK-based applicants only (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
• Full UK driving license is preferred
