Contingent Workforce Specialist (M&A) | 12-Month Contract | Reading (Hybrid)

Reading, Berkshire (2-3 days onsite)

£350+ per day

We're looking for an experienced Contingent Workforce Specialist to support a large-scale M&A integration project. This is a hands-on operational role focused on contingent workforce transitions, workforce data management, compliance, supplier coordination, onboarding, and system migrations.

Key Requirements:

✅ 3+ years' experience in contingent workforce operations

✅ MSP, VMS, or supplier management experience

✅ Strong understanding of contingent worker compliance and classification

✅ Advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

⭐ M&A integration experience

⭐ Workforce migration or transformation project exposure

⭐ HRIS implementation experience
