London

18 month FTC

£45,000-£50,000 plus benefits


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join a prestigious organisation with a diverse property portfolio. Working within a professional Health & Safety team, you'll provide expert advice, lead audits, deliver training, and support managers in maintaining a strong safety culture across multiple sites.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct health and safety audits and drive corrective actions.
  • Provide advice on risk assessments, COSHH, DSE, manual handling, PEEPs and more.
  • Develop and deliver engaging health and safety training programmes.
  • Support policy development and ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Analyse H&S data and produce reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Support event planning activities from a health and safety perspective.
  • Line manage and develop a Health & Safety Advisor.


About You

  • Level 6 Health and Safety qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma or MSc Occupational Health & Safety Management.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
  • Experience conducting audits and writing reports/policies.
  • Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience delivering health and safety training.
  • Experience in complex, multi-site, public-facing or events environments would be advantageous.
