Job Title: Domiciliary Care Registered Manager

Location: Enfield, N13

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Care Registered Manager to lead and develop a growing care service in Enfield.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care while maintaining high standards of CQC compliance. This opportunity may suit an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to progress.

Key Requirements

• Previous management experience within a domiciliary care service
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act
• Experience managing care staff and overseeing community-based care delivery
• Good understanding of safeguarding, medication management, risk assessments and person-centred care planning
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or currently working towards it
• Experience managing complaints, incidents and staff performance
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Willingness to participate in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Unrestricted right to work in the UK
