You will provide high-quality care and companionship to adults in the community, helping them live safely and comfortably at home.Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with medication, meals, hydration and daily routines
- Assisting with mobility, wellbeing and companionship
- Recording accurate care notes after each visit
- Reporting concerns promptly to ensure safety and quality
- Travelling between visits (mileage paid)
- A caring, patient and reliable nature
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Willingness to learn full training provided
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Competitive hourly rates + mileage
- Paid induction, shadowing and ongoing training
- Support to complete the Care Certificate and further qualifications
