The Opportunity:

This awesome company works with brands you see every day, helping them engage and convert more consumers with exciting and engaging digital content.

Focused on some of the biggest consumer brands on the planet, you'll own the day-to-day relationship across a portfolio of high-value accounts with a total ARR around £1mil.

Working alongside your commercial counterpart, you'll focus on platform usage, adoption and achieving genuine, tangible value.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in working within a SaaS business within a client facing, relationship led role. (Customer Success, Client Relationship, Account Management)
• A well-versed approach to high-touch, enterprise account management.
• Previous experience within the MarTech or Adtech space – or working with compatible decision makers (Marketing, brand, content)
• Data savvy and able to tell a story to create value.
• Experience using Customer Success Platforms such as Planhat, Gainsight or Churnzero is valuable.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with experience in a start or scale up environment.
• The desire to learn and improve. No egos here!

The Package:

• Base up to £65k with a 20% bonus.
