Production Operative - Redruth

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Redruth. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality while following site procedures.

Shift patterns:
* Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 16:30

Pay rates:
* 12.94 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
* Own transport is essential due to the site location as there is no public transport available.
* Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.
* Willingness to process and pack fresh meat products, including pork.
* No formal qualifications required.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
* Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
* Team player with good communication skills.

Role for Production Operative:
* Processing and packing products to meet customer orders.
* Mixing and blending ingredients according to specifications.
* Labelling finished goods accurately.
