We are looking for reliable, caring and experienced Healthcare Workers to join our team across three care homes in the Widnes area.

The Role

As a Healthcare Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our residents, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, dignity and wellbeing.

Your duties will include:

• Providing high-quality personal and emotional care to residents
• Supporting residents with their daily routines and individual care needs
• Administering medication safely and in accordance with policies and procedures
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
• Following care home regulations, safeguarding procedures and best practices
• Working effectively as part of a dedicated care team
• Promoting residents' independence, dignity and choice
• Travelling between our three Widnes care homes when required

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have a minimum of 12 months' experience working in a care/healthcare setting
• Have experience administering medication
• Have a good working knowledge of care home regulations and standards
• Be confident working independently and as part of a team
• Be reliable, professional and committed to providing excellent care
• Have the ability to travel between our three care homes in Widnes this is essential
• Have full rights to work full-time in the UK
