Supported Living Support Worker - MUST HOLD A FULL UK MANUAL DRIVING LICENCE 7.30am and 10pm successful candidate must be fully flexible
£12.82 per hour

We are looking for an outgoing and compassionate Support Worker to join our supported living service, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where youll support individuals in a homely setting, helping them develop independence, confidence, and enjoy meaningful daily lives.

What youll be doing:
Supporting individuals with daily routines and activities
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Encouraging independence and life skills
Supporting social activities and community involvement
Building strong, trusting relationships within a residential setting
Working Hours:
Full time position
Flexible across 7 nights per week
Shifts between 9.45pm-7.45am
Includes weekend working

Experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
