Education Branch Manager - London | Hybrid

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100,000+)

The Role

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants into high performers.
• Drive strategic business development, building long-term partnerships with schools and education trusts across London.
• Manage overall branch P&L, operational strategy, and market expansion.
