We're now looking for a Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a 18 year-old boy living in his family home in Polegate . If you're passionate about meaningful, one-to-one care and want a role where you can genuinely change lives, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

You'll provide one-to-one support, helping this young person live well at home while ensuring his clinical needs are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

Seizure management Manual handling Administering medication This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working with young adults who have complex needs. Shifts Available Morning shifts: 06:00 - 10:30 Afternoon shifts: 12:00 - 22:00 Weekends : 08:00 - 20:00 Monday - Friday during Half Term: 06:00 - 22:00 Additional shifts may be available locally for those open to flexible working. We'll work with you to build a rota that suits your life.
