Production Operative - Bodmin

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Bodmin. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.

Shift patterns:
* Monday to Friday
* 07:00 to 16:30

Pay rates:
* 12.94 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
* Own transport is essential due to the site location as no public transport is available.
* No formal qualifications are required.
* Ability to process and pack products including mixing, blending, and labelling fresh meat.
* Availability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
* Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
* Team player with good communication skills.

Role for Production Operative:
* Support daily production activities to meet customer orders.
* Maintain strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
* Follow site procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
* Assist in the preparation, packing, and labelling of fresh meat products.
