The Role
As an Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across KS3-KS4, with potential exposure to KS5
Work within a subject-specialist department such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities or MFL
Support class teachers with lesson delivery, intervention and academic progress
Work with high-achieving pupils as well as those needing additional support
Help raise attainment, confidence and aspiration across the school
Receive ongoing training, mentoring and CPD throughout the academic year

The Ideal Candidate

A 2:1 or First-Class degree from Oxford or Cambridge University
Strong A-Level results
