You'll need:

✔ At least 3 years' experience in a healthcare communications agency or pharmaceutical company.

✔ A life sciences degree (MSc/PhD advantageous).

✔ Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues.

✔ To be based in the UK with no visa sponsorship requirements.
