Previous experience working with children or young people
Experience supporting students within a school or educational setting is desirable
Experience supporting SEN learners is advantageous
A patient, positive and adaptable approach
Confident supporting students both academically and pastorally
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, professional and committed to safeguarding
Passionate about helping young people develop and achieve their potential
