Location: Windsor, Berkshire - Hybrid - At least 3 days on-site

Salary circa: £40-50k depending on experience

Our client is a leading Brand/Packaging agency- free parking and close to train station.

Established over 30 years ago they lead strategy, design and artwork projects for major FMCG brand, cross category, from big new brand launches and refreshes to innovative extensions and flavour variants.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Packaging Designer to lead the development of impactful, commercially successful packaging across many brands and products.

This role combines hands-on design with strategic thinking. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to pre-production and play a key role to ensure designs meet all brand and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

· Create innovative, shelf-standout packaging that aligns with brand strategy and commercial goals

· Collaborate closely with wider project teams both internally and externally

· Manage multiple projects, & timelines simultaneously

· Liaise with printers, manufacturers, and external agencies to ensure quality execution


Skills & Experience

· Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field

· At least 6 years packaging design experience

· Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design fundamentals

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

· Good understanding of print processes and packaging production

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

· A positive "Can-do" manner
