Location: Richmond
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time / Long-term
Salary: £515 to £550 per week
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them reach their full potential?
We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Richmond .
You will work closely with the class teacher and wider support team, providing tailored support to pupils and helping them to engage with learning, develop confidence and thrive both academically and socially.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working with children with SEN, or a strong interest in developing a career in SEN
Be patient, nurturing and compassionate
Be confident supporting children on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be proactive, resilient and enthusiastic
Be committed to safeguarding and children's wellbeing
