What You'll Be Doing
Supporting clients with personal care, medication and meal preparation
Offering companionship and encouraging independence
Helping clients stay socially engaged and emotionally well
Treating every person with dignity and respect
Keeping accurate records and working closely with the wider team
What We're Looking For
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (essential this is a community-based role)
A genuine passion for helping others
Warmth, patience and strong communication skills
Comfort working independently and as part of a team
No care experience? No problem full training provided
