AI Innovation Lead

Job description

We’re looking for an AI Innovation Lead to help a leading creative organisation turn the potential of AI into practical, high-quality solutions.

Working across Creative, Design, Production and wider business teams, you’ll help identify opportunities, test emerging technologies and develop AI-powered workflows across image, video, audio and language.

Responsibilities

• Apply generative AI to real creative and business challenges.
• Test and evaluate emerging AI tools, workflows and technologies.
• Develop prototypes, demonstrations and production-ready solutions.
• Lead AI projects from experimentation through to implementation and adoption.
• Deliver training and practical guidance to build AI capability.
• Support client work, pitches and strategic innovation projects.
• Champion responsible and ethical use of AI.

Experience required

You’ll be curious, creative, practical and highly collaborative, with strong project management and the ability to turn ideas into things people can actually use.

You’ll bring experience across:

• Generative AI for image, video, audio and language.
• Creative technology, production, UX/UI or product development.
• AI automation, APIs, scripting or lightweight development.
• Experience with advanced generative AI workflows.
• Implementing AI tools within creative or business environments.
