Legal Counsel Higher Education 2 month contract

Job description

I'm working with a higher education institution that's looking for an experienced commercial lawyer to provide interim support during a period of transition.

You'll advise on a broad range of contractual matters, including commercial agreements, education partnership agreements, consultancy arrangements and other business critical contracts.

• Have around 4+ years' PQE
• Are available to start in early October
• Have higher education experience, with a focus on commercial contracts and education partnership agreements
• Are happy to work two days per week from a London office
