Location: St Asaph, North Wales Hours: Part-time 3 days per week, 10:30am2:00pm, with flexibility to work every other weekend and provide holiday and sickness cover.

In this role, youll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Support Worker to join our team and support an individual living with Korsakoff syndrome as they continue their rehabilitation journey following treatment for alcohol dependency.

What Youll Do:
Support with planning and organising daily and weekly routines
Accompany the client to appointments and the gym
Encourage independence while providing appropriate guidance and reassurance
Promote healthy routines and positive lifestyle choices
Support community access, including walks and local outings
Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
Help the client remain focused on their rehabilitation goals
What to look forward to:
£12.75 per hour
Youll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked
Full specialist training , shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager provided
Regular consistent work with rolling rotas
