Support Worker Lanner We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team supporting a male client living in Lanner who has an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).

The client is a wheelchair user and requires support with mobility.

He also experiences some speech difficulties, so patience, good listening skills, and clear communication are important when supporting him.

About the Client: The client is a friendly gentleman with a great sense of humour who enjoys spending time with those supporting him.

He has a real passion for music from the 60s, 70s and 80s, and enjoys listening to his favourite songs throughout the day.

He likes to be involved in preparing meals, particularly baking, and benefits from encouragement to take part in activities that support his independence and wellbeing.

The client also enjoys getting out and about in his adapted van, especially trips to the seafront, where he enjoys fresh air, the scenery, and of course an ice cream.

Shifts Available: Day Shift: 08:00am-08:00pm

• 2 days a week Waking Night Shift: 8:00pm 8:00am
• 4 nights a week In this role, youll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.

While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

Youll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked.
